La presente garanzia per i Prodotti CatGenie riguarda il funzionamento della lettiera e delle sue parti nelle normali condizioni di utilizzo, secondo quanto specificato nella Guida di installazione e funzionamento, ed esclude eventuali malfunzionamenti derivanti da usi o interventi di manutenzione impropri o irragionevoli, incidenti, umidità in eccesso, imballaggio inadeguato, fulmini, sovracorrenti
momentanee o manomissioni, alterazioni o modifiche non autorizzate
CatGenie è progettata per l'impiego solo in determinati ambienti. È
quindi essenziale osservare le indicazioni fornite nella Guida
all'installazione.
Periodo di copertura:
La Garanzia CatGenie ha una durata di due anni a decorrere dalla
data d'acquisto dei prodotti, SOLAMENTE L'ACQUIRENTE
ORIGINALE AL DETTAGLIO può FAR VALERE LA GARANZIA SUI
MATERIALI DIFETTOSI E SUL FUNZIONAMENTO a partire dalla data
dell'acquisto al minuto PROVATA DALLA FATTURA O SCONTRINO
D'ACQUISTO IN ORIGINALE.
SONO ESCLUSI DALLA GARANZIA LE PARTI SOGGETTA AD USURA, COME LA TASTIERA, IL RASTRELLO, LA GIRANTE DELLA POMPA, IL CERCHIO BIANCO.
CATGENIE ESSENDO UN PRODOTTO SANITARIO NON PUO' ESSERE SOSTITUITO CON UN PRODOTTO NUOVO E NON è SOGGETTO A RESO.

Eventuali componenti difettosi saranno riparati o sostituiti entro un
ragionevole periodo di tempo e gratuitamente.
Come ottenere l'assistenza in garanzia:
1. Inviare il prodotto al centro assistenza unitamente a una prova
d'acquisto rilasciata da un rivenditore autorizzato.

All parts found to be defective in materials and workmanship.

This warranty for CatGenie Products covers the operation of the litter box and its parts under normal conditions of use, as specified in the Installation and Operation Guide, and excludes any malfunction resulting from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, accidents, excessive moisture, inadequate packaging, lightning, power surges,

unauthorized tampering, alterations, or modifications.

CatGenie is designed for use in certain environments only.

Therefore, it is essential to follow the instructions provided in the

Installation Guide.

Coverage Period:

The CatGenie Warranty lasts for two years from the

date of purchase of the products. ONLY THE ORIGINAL RETAIL PURCHASER can CLAIM THE WARRANTY AGAINST

DEFECTIVE MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP from the date of

retail purchase, proven by the original invoice or receipt.

PARTS SUBJECT TO WEAR AND TEAR, SUCH AS THE KEYBOARD, RAKE, PUMP IMPELLER, AND WHITE CIRCLE, ARE EXCLUDED FROM THE WARRANTY.

AS CATGENIE IS A HEALTHCARE PRODUCT, IT CANNOT BE REPLACED WITH A NEW PRODUCT AND IS NOT SUBJECT TO RETURNS.

CatG Italia s.r.l. will:

Any defective components will be repaired or replaced within a

reasonable period of time and free of charge.

How to obtain warranty service:

1. Send the product to the service center along with proof of purchase

issued by an authorized dealer.

may not exceed the price actually paid for the

CatG Italia s.r.l. declines liability for special,

incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

This Warranty is void if the serial number label has been removed or altered.

La garantie CatGenie est valable deux ans à compter de la

date d'achat des produits. SEUL L'ACHETEUR AU DÉTAIL D'ORIGINE peut FAIRE VALOIR LA GARANTIE CONTRE LES

DÉFAUTS DE MATÉRIAUX ET DE FABRICATION à compter de la date d'achat

au détail, justifiée par la facture ou le reçu original. Les pièces d'usure, telles que le clavier, le râteau, la turbine de la pompe et le cercle blanc, sont exclues de la garantie.


Catgenie étant un dispositif médical, il ne peut être remplacé par un produit neuf et n'est pas repris.

Réparer ou remplacer gratuitement tout composant défectueux dans un délai raisonnable.
